The babies are eating these up and I will say myself they are pretty good and easy
1 5 oz can salmon drained
1/4 onion chopped
1 TBS butter
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 TBS parsley
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 TBS olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1.Sauté onion in butter
2. Flake salmon and add egg, oats, mustard, salt and pepper. Add salted onions. Combine
2. Shape into patties and roll in bread crumbs
3. Heat oil in pan on medium heat and brown each side for about 4 minutes until golden brown.

Baby food doesn’t have to be boring. I mean come on. Have you ever tried that cereal crap!?!? . It tastes awful. We have chosen to go wth a baby lead weaning approach with the twins. I am trying to get more creative with them so I made up a hash this morning even I would eat. You can add whatever veggies you want.
Sweet potato hash:
1/2 sweet potato grated
1/4 cup broccoli chopped up small
2 tbs coconut oil
1-2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
A pinch of salt
1. Heat coconut oil medium heat and let sweet potatoes sit for about 4-5 minutes. This is the best way I know how to get them crispy. I added some garlic powder, pepper and a pinch of salt.
2. Add in broccoli and sauté for a 1-2 minutes. You can add more coconut oil or water to get broccoli to cook a bit more.
3. Last add in your eggs. Stir and serve.
